This website is operated by THE TRUSTEE FOR CASSANDRA LEE FAMILY TRUST trading as MANZU. These Terms govern use of the MANZU website and available MANZU services. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.
You may use the website to learn about MANZU, purchase an available product and access your authorised assessment or report. Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s private information, compromise the service, impersonate another person or submit material you are not entitled to provide.
At launch, the Relationship Fulfilment Blueprint™ is a one-off individual purchase at AUD $2,950 and the Relationship Snapshot™ is a separate one-off individual purchase at AUD $295. A Snapshot purchase does not create a credit or discount toward the Blueprint.
A purchase does not include future MANZU products, introductions, matchmaking, partner verification, pair analysis, monitoring, therapy, counselling or professional legal, medical or financial advice unless a separately available service expressly says otherwise.
You are responsible for providing information that reflects your own experience to the best of your knowledge. Avoid unnecessary identifying information about another person and keep private access links secure. The Privacy Policy explains how MANZU handles personal information.
MANZU provides non-clinical Relationship Fulfilment Intelligence™ and personal decision-support. It is not therapy, counselling, psychological assessment or diagnosis, legal, medical or financial advice. MANZU does not verify another person’s motives, predict whether a relationship will succeed or fail, or guarantee a particular outcome.
MANZU branding, website content and proprietary methodology remain protected intellectual property. Purchasing a report permits your personal use of that report. It does not transfer ownership of the MANZU framework, question bank, scoring or interpretation logic, or authorise commercial reproduction.
Prices are stated in Australian dollars. Product-specific purchase information shown before payment forms part of the relevant service description. Cancellation, correction and refund requests are handled subject to the applicable service terms and consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes non-excludable consumer rights.
MANZU aims to keep the website and service information accurate and available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Some functions may rely on third-party providers such as payment, hosting, email or processing services. Their availability may affect the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer or other laws that apply to you in your location. Nothing in this clause limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
MANZU may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not retrospectively reduce the service already promised for a paid order without an agreed lawful basis. Questions: support@manzu.life.
